Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Basic and Complete are month to month: cancel any time, and your plan ends at the end of your billing period. Own It is one payment of $247.
When do I pay?
Not until you've seen your free website design and picked an option. Basic and Complete charge the first month at checkout, then on the same day each month. Own It is one payment.
What if I change my mind?
On Basic or Complete, you approve your full site before it goes live. Until then, you get a full refund of everything you paid, the brand package included. On Own It, you can get a refund until we send your files. After launch there are no partial-month refunds. Refund Policy
Can I switch between Basic and Complete?
Yes, any time, from your billing page. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of your billing period and bills or credits it right away, and we turn the Complete features on or off for you.
Do ad pages need a website plan?
No. An ad page is $47 a month on its own. If you're on Basic, one ad page is included, and Complete includes up to three. See ad pages
How do I pay?
Secure checkout through Stripe: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You manage your card, invoices and plan yourself on your own billing page.
