Refund Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

You see your new website before you pay anything, so there are no surprises. If something still isn't right, here's how refunds work.

Free previews

Previews are always free, with no obligation, so there's nothing to refund.

Setup fee and Own it purchases

If you're not happy with your website before it launches, tell us within 14 days of your payment and we'll refund it in full. Once your site has launched, setup fees and Own it purchases are non-refundable, but we'll keep working with you to make things right.

Monthly plan

You can cancel the Done for you plan anytime. We don't refund partial months. Your site stays live through the end of the month you've already paid for.

Change requests

If we can't complete a paid change request ($75 on the Own it plan), we'll refund it in full.

How to request a refund

Email hello@csksites.com with your business name. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
