Will I lose my domain or business email?
No. Your domain stays in your name, wherever it's registered now. To go live on Basic or Complete, you make one quick change at the company where your domain is registered, and we walk you through it. We never need your password. We copy your email settings first, so your inbox keeps working through the switch.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
We work to protect them. Your new design keeps every page you have now at the same web address or points the old address to the new page, and carries over the titles and descriptions that already rank. On Basic and Complete, we also watch your Google search data after launch.
Will I show up on Google and AI search?
That's what it's built for. Every site includes local SEO fundamentals: clear pages for your services and the areas you serve, local business schema markup, fast mobile pages, and business details that match your Google Business Profile. That same structure helps AI tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews understand what you do and where. No one can guarantee rankings, but we build on what Google and AI search are known to look for.
Locked into a web company contract?
That's common. On Basic or Complete, we'll schedule your launch for when your current term ends.
Want to change something later?
Just email us. Basic includes up to 5 small edits a month, and Complete includes as many as you need: new photos, different hours, updated prices, a new FAQ or a wording change. Bigger projects, like new pages or new features, are quoted before we start. On Own It, changes after we send your files are up to you.
What happens if I cancel?
There's no penalty. Your Basic or Complete plan ends at the end of your billing period and we take the website down. You keep everything else: your domain, your logo, your Google listing, a copy of all your website's words and photos, a list of your quote requests, and your print-ready designs if you got the brand package, so you or anyone you hire can rebuild it. Your email keeps working too.
