CSK Sites is a family-owned business based in Texas. We build, host and maintain websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we only use your information to work with you, and we never sell it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out our form or email us, we receive what you send, such as your name, business name, website address, email address, phone number and message.
• Public business information. When we reach out to a business or build a free preview, we use information the business has already made public, such as its name, website content, logo, photos, services and public contact details.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure this website. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to you and build your free preview
• To provide our services, including building, hosting and updating your website
• To send invoices and service-related messages
• To let you know about our services. You can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare for website hosting and security
• Zoho for business email
• Web3Forms to deliver messages sent through our website form
• Stripe to process payments

We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Free previews

Previews we build for businesses are hosted at private links that are hidden from search engines. If you'd like a preview of your business removed, email us and we'll take it down.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we're working together and as needed for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we're required to keep it (for example, invoices for tax purposes).

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email hello@csksites.com.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
